Since I started stalking the ingredients labels of the foods I eat, I realized the creamer I was using to flavour my coffee every morning contained too many ingredients I`ve never heard of before. Not good when you`re trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
So I experimented a little with my morning coffee, trying to find new ways to replace my old creamer with something more natural. It took some experimentation and many gross tasting coffees later, I experienced great success!
I found a replacement creamer I liked AND it was made with only 3 ingredients, all of which I could pronounce and had in my house already.
Organic Vanilla Latte
Ingredients:
1. fat free milk
As much as you normally take in your coffee. I froth mine.
2. Organic vanilla extract
1 tablespoons depending on how vanilla-ish you like your coffee.
3. Organic Blue Agave Syrup
1-2 tablespoons depending how sweet you like your coffee.

I’ve been doing that a lot as well, reading the ingredients in everything. It’s amazing some of the stuff you read on labels and have no idea what it is! Those seem like three great alternatives. Another might be vanilla almond milk 🙂 Thanks for linking up your three things!
